3年3900万续约！穆迪本季仍可被交易 但因“毒药合同”而困难重重

10月21日讯 据ESPN名记Shams报道，经纪人里奇-保罗透露，他的客户摩西-穆迪和勇士达成3年3900万美元的提前续约合同。

据The Athletic勇士记者Anthony Slater报道，消息人士透露，这是一份全额保障合同，穆迪的新秀合同还剩下最后一年，薪资约580万美元。

Slater表示，穆迪本赛季仍可以被交易，送出去的薪资是580万美元，即新秀合同最后一年的薪水，但新球队接收的薪水是1120万美元，即未来4年合同的平均薪水（4480÷4），这会让交易薪资匹配变得更加棘手。

为啥送出去和接手的薪资不同，这涉及到劳资协议中的“毒药合同”条款，具体如下：

在NBA联盟中，对于签下首轮秀提前续约合同的球员，如果母队在他新合同生效前将其交易，那么母队送出的薪水为球员当赛季的实际年薪，但球员新东家吃进的薪水是他旧合同最后一年到新合同最后一年的平均薪水。

2023-24赛季，穆迪为勇士出战66场比赛，场均17.5分钟可以得到8.1分3篮板0.9助攻0.6抢断0.4盖帽，在得分、上场时间、篮板、抢断和盖帽方面均创下职业生涯新高。

今年5场季前赛，穆迪三分球29投13中，命中率高达44.8%。
